Our Goals

OUR GOALS ARE TO PROMOTE SAFETY, BUILD PEACEFUL COMMUNITIES, AND SUPPORT YOUTH SUCCESS.

Transitions To Greatness Foundation (TTGF) is a community-based violence prevention and youth development organization located in Compton, California. We are committed to providing young people with positive alternatives, trusted mentorship, and the tools they need to make informed, healthy life choices.

TTGF focuses on prevention by reaching youth ages 10 to 18 through educational outreach, community presence, and school engagement. We provide age-appropriate information about the risks and long-term consequences associated with gang involvement while promoting pathways toward education, leadership, and personal growth.

Our team regularly participates in community activities at local parks, schools, and youth-centered events to build relationships and encourage safe, constructive opportunities. In addition, TTGF offers access to youth mental health counseling and supportive services that strengthen resilience, emotional well-being, and conflict-resolution skills.

We also sponsor structured indoor sports programming, including basketball, through our SoCal Basketball League for youth ages 8 to 17. These activities promote teamwork, discipline, physical wellness, and positive peer engagement in a safe environment.

Our mission is simple: keep youth safe, empower better decisions, and help young people transition toward greatness.
